Track A will have its own teacher line-up to ensure a balanced input into this "starting to swing" track. More detailed information will be announced as soon as possible. Anyway, in several open classes you will meet all the other teachers of the weekend!
Frida & Sakarias Frida & Sakarias

Frida and Sakarias (S) are among the most precise, dynamic and explosive lindy couples in the world. They are forming part of "The Harlem Hot Shots" and they definitely have as much to offer to beginners as to top level dancers. Waterkant Jam was the first international workshop outside Sweden where they where asked to teach and today they are a driving power for this camp. www.harlemhotshots.com

Steven & Sophie

Steven is known for his extremely innovative style, improvisation and musicality. He has exceptional musicality, and is constantly looking for new and creative ways to teach which is truly inspiring and leaves Lindy Hoppers everywhere hungry for more.
Sophie fell in love with Lindy Hop during her very first class back in 2002. Sophie enjoys all of the vintage dances and has been a major contributor to the Balboa, Shag and Blues communities in Perth, and has taught these styles at events across Australia. Sophie loves dance of all kinds, and after completing a Dance Degree, worked with two contemporary dance companies in Australia. She has taught and choreographed for over 20 years in primary and high schools, universities, community classes, and arts projects. Evita

Joanna & Henric Joanna & Henric

They have both danced since they were kids. Dances like lindy hop, bugg, rock´n roll, double bugg, modern dance, jazz and ballet are just some of their repertoire.

This phenomenal couple has lots of teaching experience and they share a love and enthusiasm for the dance and know how to present it for an audience as well as for students at a workshop.

Kevin & Jo Kevin & Jo

Kevin is an incredibly creative and versatile dancer known for his musicality. Jo, like Kevin a veteran of the social, competitive and international Lindy Hop scenes, is a well-known dancer and instructor in the LA area.

Together Kevin and Jo bring a fresh edge to Lindy Hop, with inventive aerials, musical routines and high speed dancing - these 2 are dynamite together! To see them in action, check out this:

Johnny Mattias & eWa

Mattias is an extremely versatile artist with great success in many fields. As a dancer he has been member of the internationally recognized show-group Harlem hot shots for over 10 years. His latest appearance was on the danceshow “The Last Bounce” where he performed with Hanna Lundmark and the Harlem Hot Shots.The show was seen by 55 000 people in 5 shows.
Mattias taught together with Ewa in several workshops 1998 and are happy to work together again.
eWa worked with The Rhythm Hot Shots for about 10 exciting years (1986 - 1996) and during this periode she was one of the leading dancers of the troupe. When international workshops started to appear in the early 90s, eWa was one of the most in demand teachers/performers and she travelled all over the world both giving lessons and performing on stage. Her strong and honest stage personality combined with her robust and athletic dance style positioned her at the time as one of the leading lindy dancers in the scene.

eWa is nowadays living in Virginia (USA) and Knivsta (Sweden) with her husband and two kids. She has left the performance side of the lindy hop but is still active as a teacher. She is still to be found on the social dance floor and enjoys that part of the lindy more and more.
